What are the three ways to pay?
Pay Small Small — pay weekly and collect once it is settled, with no financing charge. Hire Purchase — pay 50% deposit, take it home today, pay the rest weekly. Or pay the cash price in full.
How do payments come out?
Weekly auto-debit from your mobile money wallet — MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash or AirtelTigo Money. You pick the wallet when you apply.
When do I get my item?
Hire Purchase: as soon as your deposit clears. Pay Small Small: once you have finished paying. Paying in full: straight away.
Is there interest?
Only on Hire Purchase, because you take the goods before paying for them. The charge is shown in cedis before you commit. Pay Small Small and paying in full carry no charge at all.
Does an agent come to my house?
Only for Hire Purchase — an agent verifies your ID and hands over the item. Pay Small Small and outright payments are handled entirely online.
What do I need to sign up?
A phone number and a valid Ghana Card. You can upload the card from your account.
What if a debit fails?
We retry and send you an SMS. Top up your wallet, or talk to us and we will rework the schedule.
Can I pay off early?
Yes, at any time. Ask for your settlement figure.
Does the price change after I apply?
No. Your figures are fixed against the quote you accepted.
